The Hotel Capital's unique Relaxation Centre gives you the opportunity to escape the stress of city living, cleanse your body of toxins, relax your mind and leave you feeling wonderfully refreshed and rejuvenated. Facilities : There are separate Men's & Women's Centre as there are no clothes worn during a visit Both Sections Feature : Change rooms with lockers, Wet & Dry Saunas, Ginseng spa, Hot & Cold Baths, Treatment rooms, sleeping rooms, dining area serving traditional Korean food and a lighter western menu, complimentary coffee, teas, and daily newspapers, vanity room, showers and a gymnasium. The Relaxation Centre also supplies robes, towels, body cream and lotions, hair dryers. Hotel capital imports Ginseng from Korea for the Famous Ginseng Spa. Ginseng is beneficial is beneficial for reducing stress, moisturising and softening the skin, relaxing muscles and improving circulation. Treatments The Skin Scrub : A complete body exfoliation. Masseurs wear special mitts which remove dead skin cells from all over your body and finish off the treatment with a thorough water and spa cleansing treatment. This process leaves your skin looking younger, smoother and softer. The Body Massage : Uses special finger pressure therapy techniques on the body, face and scalp, in conjunction with oils (oils used on women only, hot towers and water cleansing. This massage assists with circulation. Your mind and body will feel rejuvenated. The Facial : Uses natural products like honey, milk bath, oils and special chilled cucumber mask. It is suitable for all skin types. This facial will leave you with a natural glow. Shiatsu Massage : Is a highly specialised Asian Massage technique, utilising finger pressure to relieve all muscular tension adn stress in the body. Helps the body for better posture even after one treatment your wellbeing will improve. Everyone must pay the entrance fee into the Relaxation Centre. Treatment costs are extra. All treatments are recommended to be booked in advance and you must arrive at least half hour before your appointment time to prepare your skin for the treatments.
